What is a healthy life plant-based retreat?

Spend five transformative days tucked away in one of Bali’s lush forests! This unique retreat is specially designed to help you radically expand your mindset through learning proper nutrition, using movement and yoga to loosen body and mind, breaking through and releasing old patterns, and inviting in a new sense of emotional well-being.

Not only will you discover new ways of showing up for yourself, you will create new routines and a new mindset against a backdrop of warm sunshine, gentle breezes, and the whisper of ocean waves. Enjoy yoga, breath work, and delicious, wholly plant-based meals. Immerse yourself in fun cooking classes, healthy nutrition talks, and a private one-on-one nutrition and health session. And express your creativity at our costume party!

This five-day retreat is a once-in-a-lifetime experience to gather with like-minded individuals, dive inward, and connect with yourself more deeply than ever before. In the process, you will become more grounded and free yourself from anything that may be holding you back from living your best life. By creating a healthy mindset and adding new routines to your days, you can change your current state. This retreat is for you if you’ve been craving a reset, release, or rejuvenation—or just want to check “Go to Bali” off your bucket list! Our time together will allow you the space to create the new perspectives and motivation you need to pursue your life passions more freely and with newfound excitement.

Nature and Travel

Travel creates energetic possibility. By traveling to a place of pure magic and tranquility and adding daily yoga, movement, and breath work, we will create the perfect setting to build new personal practices that you can return to anytime after your return home. Each day of our retreat will also include group activities and discussions in a safe, supportive space where you can openly and honestly talk through anything you may be looking to release. Since this retreat takes place over Halloween weekend and dressing up is one of my favorite modes of selfexpression, we will absolutely enjoy a costume party!

Organic Nutrition

A food highlight of the retreat will be a cacao ceremony. Ceremonial cacao contains an abundance of theobromine, an alkaloid of the cacao plant with many potential health benefits. Cacao stimulates the cardiovascular system and promotes a warm, uplifting feeling in the body. During our enchanted cacao ceremony, we will gather in a safe, nourishing environment and hold each person in a circle of connection that allows for a deeper, more supportive path to selfknowledge than can usually be accessed alone.
