What You Will Receive From My Group Coaching

My Group Coaching will offer valuable insight each week via LIVE Video calls/class and an emailed newsletter recap. Furthermore, live classes and Q&A sessions with me will take place 1-2 times per week, beginning June 12th and running until August 21st, 2023. These classes will involve a heavy emphasis on learning nutrition advice, including meal planning, recipes, scientific research, cooking techniques, partaking in mindful exercises, such as practicing breath-work and meditation, and cooking class.

*Each week we will discuss, as a group, difficulties and progress so we can all learn together, and we will make Goals to work on and check back on the following week.
